All Access Pass: With unlimited access to live sessions, students can reinforce their understanding of key topics, engage directly with instructors, and clarify any doubts. This pass is available for the SIE, Series 7, Series 24, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66, and Series 79 exams. Strategy Advising: For candidates seeking personalized support to stay on track and maximize exam success, our Strategy Advising service offers tailored guidance. Through 1:1 coaching sessions, candidates will receive expert study strategies, progress checks, and accountability to ensure steady preparation. Ideal for those with busy schedules, this service provides a structured plan to stay focused and efficient. Please reach out for more information.
Private Tutoring: We offer private virtual tutoring services to help your representatives excel in their exam preparation. Tutoring sessions are customized to address specific needs, such as tackling challenging topics, improving practice performance, or conducting comprehensive reviews. This flexible option is ideal for candidates seeking individualized guidance to boost their exam performance, refine their understanding of complex concepts, and enhance their ability to interpret and apply key topics effectively.
Rates:
- $500/hour (business hours: 9am –5pm)
- $750/hour (holidays, weekends, and after hours)
- Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a full charge.

How long does a student's access to course materials and support
last?
- Students have access for up to one year from their enrollment date. This ensures ample time for them to prepare for and pass their exam.

What are the available extension options, including cost and
duration?
- 1 Month Extension: $30
- 5 Month Extension: $65

What physical materials are included with the All-Access Pass
add-on?
- Each order of the All-Access Pass includes a physical copy of the workbook, containing class slides and Key Concepts, to complement the digital learning materials.

Are students notified by email when an order has been placed?
- After their order is processed, students will receive a welcome email with login instructions for the online Training Center. This is where they'll find all of their course materials and valuable resources to help them succeed on the exam.

Can I change the shipping address for an order after it has been
placed? If so, what is the deadline for address changes?
- If there's a mistake in the shipping address entered during checkout, please contact our CX team at support@knopman.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address, but please note that this may delay the estimated delivery date.

If a candidate's work email address is not yet set up, can we
use
their personal email address when creating their accounts?
- Yes, we do not require work email addresses for enrollment. Feel free to use your candidate's personal email address to create their account.

Can I update the email address associated with my candidate's
account
after an order has been placed?
- If you need to update a candidate's email address due to a typo or for any other reason, you or the candidate can contact our CX team at support@knopman.com.

How can my candidate enroll in a live class using the All-Access
Pass?
- Once a candidate is enrolled in the All-Access Pass (AAP), they can easily enroll in live classes directly from their study course within the Training Center. They can do so by clicking on the "All Access Pass" tab to view and enroll available classes.
